Kim O’Brien aka. “Miss Cue” has been playing pool for thirty years.
She has played for Suffolk County for 25 years and has been Captain for around eleven of those years. She is also Captain of her International team, Ireland, and the current number 1. Kim qualified for the England team in 1992 and stayed with them for five years until she decided to Country swap and represent Ireland.
In her first year at the World championships, she lost in the quarter finals and has been attending the World championships in Blackpool for twelve years.
She has been Suffolk champion for several years, Irish champion five times, and the 2001 and 2010 European Champion – only the second lady to have won it twice.
